Welcome to my website!

I am a Lecturer (ATER) at the University of Paris I — Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Research Fellow at the Energy and Prosperity Chair and the EIEA Chair (ABS-UM6P & Mines ParisTech).

I hold a PhD in Economics from the University of Poitiers and the EIEA Chair (ABS-UM6P & Mines ParisTech). My thesis was developed across multiple institutions, including extended stays at Arizona State University, UM6P, the University of Coimbra, and Friedrich Schiller University Jena, with short visits to Columbia University and the University of Oxford.

Prior to my current position, I worked as a Consultant at the World Bank Group (Development Research Group), contributing to the Energy in Africa initiative. I have also recently been a Visiting Researcher at the École Normale Supérieure de Lyon (ENS Lyon, CERGIC) and at Harvard University — Center for International Development (CID).

I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s (Magister) from Université Clermont Auvergne — CERDI.

My work lies at the intersection of development economics and the economics of natural resources and energy. Current topics include:
